Delete your account.

Permanently delete your ClickNClean account and associated data. Verify your phone number with a one-time code to confirm — no login required.

What gets deleted
  • Your profile and account access — your account is deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in.
  • Your saved details associated with the account (name, phone, addresses).
  • All registered devices, so you stop receiving push notifications.
What we keep
  • Past orders and billing/ledger records are retained for legal, tax, and accounting purposes — but are no longer linked to an active, reachable account.
Before you can delete
  • You must have no active orders (in progress or scheduled).
  • Your account balance must be zero — no outstanding dues and no remaining credit.

We'll text a 6-digit code to your number. It's valid for 5 minutes; you can request a new one every 60 seconds (up to 3 times in 30 minutes).
