Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 24 Hours Before Service:

  • No cancellation charges.


Less than 24 Hours Before Service:

  • Up to 25% cancellation fee may apply.


Same-Day Cancellation

  • Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply.


No-Show Policy

  • If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property, a service visit fee may be charged.


Refund Policy

  • In case of cancellation, advances paid will be adjusted in future jobs.


Re-Service Policy


Where appropriate, we may provide:

  • Complimentary re-cleaning
  • Partial service credit
  • Future booking credit
