1. Acceptance of Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Click n Clean website and services.
  • By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Booking and Service Requests

  • All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Click n Clean.
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding:

a) Property location;

b) Property size;

c) Type of cleaning service required; and

d) Any special instructions or requirements.

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in additional charges, rescheduling, or cancellation of services.


3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the property's condition, service scope, location, and additional customer requirements.
  • A final quotation may be provided before service commencement where applicable.
  • Payment shall be made through approved payment methods available on the website or application.
  • Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory taxes shall be charged in accordance with Indian law.


4. Access Requirements

  • Customers shall ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property and all areas requiring service.
  • Customers shall provide access to electricity, water, and other utilities reasonably required for service delivery.
  • Failure to provide access at the scheduled service time may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or additional charges.


5. Customer Obligations

  • Customers are responsible for securing cash, jewellery, valuables, confidential documents, and other personal belongings before service commencement.
  • Customers shall inform Click n Clean of any fragile, delicate, or high-value items located within the service area.
  • Customers shall disclose any hazardous conditions, dangerous materials, pets, or safety concerns that may affect service delivery.


6. Damage Claims

  • Any faulty or damaged/nearly at a risk of damage articles/equipments will be notified and consented before start of job.
  • Any claim relating to alleged damage must be reported in writing within eight (8) hours of service completion.
  • Click n Clean reserves the right to inspect and investigate any reported claim before determining liability.
  • Compensation, if applicable, shall be limited to the actual proven loss directly attributable to the service provided.
  • Click n Clean shall not be liable for:

a) Pre-existing damage;

b) Normal wear and tear;

c) Manufacturer defects;

d) Improperly installed fixtures or fittings;

e) Damage arising from undisclosed fragile or defective items.

  • Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling subject to availability and company policy.
  • Click n Clean reserves the right to charge reasonable cancellation fees where service personnel have already been assigned or
  • Click n Clean may cancel or reschedule services due to operational requirements, adverse weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.


8. Right to Refuse Service

  • Click n Clean reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services if:

a) The environment is unsafe or poses health risks;

b) Abuse, harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour occurs;

c) Illegal activities are observed or suspected;

d) Service conditions materially differ from the information provided at the time of booking.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click n Clean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
  • The total liability of Click n Clean, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, text, and service descriptions are the property of Click n Clean or its licensors.
  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.


11. Amendments

  • Click n Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the website.
